  2. Bret Stem Cell Research Stem cell research is a subject of controversy. Some stem cell research involves harvesting stem cells from embryonic tissues, which results in the destruction of the embryo. Obama has lifted the ban on stem cell research, making it easier for scientists to advance the study of their use and so scientists don%u2019t have to get a payday loan to do anything furthering the cause of humanity. The essential argument against is that it kills children, although zygotes (pre-embryos) and embryos are barely viable outside of the womb. The scientific community argues against banning studies, because they have demonstrated that <a href="http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2009/03/06/obama-lift-ban-funding-stem-cell-research/">stem cell research</a> leads to techniques and treatments that can save and repair lives. reply
