We would love to leave them up forever, but for legal reasons way over our head, we have to take them down for 23 days (a week after they air). Then they come back online for good. I don't really understand it myself. I dunno, we just make cartoons.

Oh and one more for ya, am i gunna get spamed?: I think the period where we could start cursing was marked with "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". We've been tearing it up from day one. Trey writes whatever he wants, and then Comedy beeps what they feel is necessary. "It Hits the Fan" was a special exception though, you will notice that they beep the "S-word" in all the other shows.

Yes, Matt and Trey have signed on through an epic 15th Season, but that's still very far away. Season 13 just premiered Wednesday, which means there's at least three more full seasons of South Parkage before they will answer that question.

When do new episodes air online?? i gotta see the new episode..: We put the new episodes online right after it airs on the West Coast, as close to 10:31 PST as possible. Because the video needs to spread around the world through internet hocus-pocus, sometimes it takes a little while before the episode is available for everyone on our site. For sure, it will always be available by the next morning after it premieres on Comedy.

It's a long, intensive process, but we've got great peeps working on it, so be patient, and you'll have those HD episodes in no time.

In the movie, Cusack's blasting "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel, but I think Stan's choice of "Shock the Monkey" is much more romantic.

When do you guys write the episodes for a new season of South Park?: They are currently being written as we speak. There is no "beforehand", episodes are written, animated, voiced -- start to finish -- the same week that the show airs. The entire process is usually done in 6 days total. It's pretty darn amazing, and I highly reccommend you check out the Behind the Scenes of how it's done right here.
