It’s only halfway started! Unlike regular TV shows, the South Park season is divided into two halves: 7 episodes in the Spring (March) and 7 episodes in the Fall (October), for a grand total of 14 new episodes each year. The second half of Season 12 starts in October, and Season 13 will start next Spring in March.

But the original episode as it aired on TV is a combination of construction paper AND computer animation. Watch “Cartman Gets an Anal Probe” (101) and see if you can guess where the computer animation takes over.
