South Park's "Find the Aliens"
Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. No purchase of any kind will increase your chances of winning. South Park's “Find The Aliens” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on May 28, 2008 at 4:00pm EST and ends on June 16, 2008 at 11:59pm EST (the “Promotion Period”).
   
   How to Enter/How to Play: Log on to www.southparkstudios.com and watch episodes from Season 12A in the Full Episode player. Watch closely and find the Alien hidden somewhere in each episode. When you see a grey alien take note of the time from the player scrub bar and return to the Promotion page to enter your guess. Entrants who find an alien in each of the seven (7) current episodes from Season 12A will be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the soon-to-be released Uncensored Season 11 DVD of South Park autographed by Trey Parker and Matt Stone AND a drawing to win an Uncensored Imaginationland: The Movie DVD. Fans who find at least four (4) aliens in the current Season 12A episodes will be entered into a drawing to win an Uncensored Imaginationland: The Movie DVD.
2. Eligibility: Promotion is open to registered users of SouthParkStudios.com AS OF MAY 23, 2008 who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Users who register as of May 24, 2008 and after are ineligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Employees officers and directors of MTV Networks, South Park Digital Studios LLC, participating advertisers and retailers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate families (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors at any time during this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. Prizes: A total of ten (10) DVD Packs will be awarded as follows: Five (5) South Park Season 11 Uncensored DVD Packs autographed by Matt and Trey; and Five (5) Uncensored Imaginationland: The Movie DVD Packs. Total ARV of all prizes: $350.00.
4. Drawings: The Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about June 18, 2008 by South Park Studios LLC from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Eligible Entrants who find an alien in each of the seven (7) current episodes from Season 12A will be included in the drawing for the five (5) Season 11 Uncensored DVD Packs AND the drawing for the five (5) Uncensored Imaginationland: The Movie DVD Packs. Eligible Entrants who find an alien in at least four (4) of the current episodes from Season 12A will be entered in the drawing for the five (5) Uncensored Imaginationland: The Movie DVD Packs. Winners will be notified by email and/or postal mail, and winners will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. An alternate winner will be selected if the person initially selected as a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time after the drawing, if such person's name and address cannot be identified for any reason, or if prize/notification is returned undeliverable. If a winner is18 or older, as is required for entry, but not of the age of majority in state of residence, prize will either be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, or parent or legal guardian must ratify and sign any and all documents required of winner. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
5. General Conditions: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for (a) electronic, human or computer error or failure; or (b) lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected or incomplete entries. By entering and participating, entrants agree to: (a) abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined in Paragraph 8 below), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion; (b) the use of their names, photographs, testimonials or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) by the Promotion Entities for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the universe in perpetuity, including but not limited to the posting of their names on the comedycentral.com website, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, the winner to the extent permitted by law; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Promotion, including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded on or after August 15, 2008. Limit one prize per household. No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted except at Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater monetary value due to prize unavailability or other circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all warranties for any prize item are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranty claim. Federal, state and local taxes, insurance and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
6. Internet: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Internet entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and without notice, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion, and to award the prizes in random drawings from among the eligible, non-suspect online entries received up to the time of the impairment and all eligible mailed entries received. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.
7. Winners List: The list of winners will be posted on SouthParkStudios.com on or after July 10, 2008.
