ELIGIBILITY: The Comedy Central & South Park Studios.com "Watch & Become a South Park Citizen For A Day" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at time of entry who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees, officers and directors of Comedy Partners (the "Sponsor"), Viacom International Inc., Promotion Mechanics, Inc. (the "Administrator"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective representatives and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate families (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals at any time during this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) entry periods, one for each premiere episode of South Park Season 13b (collectively, the "Entry Periods" and each, an "Entry Period"). Entry Periods are tied to the airing of South Park on Comedy Central on the following dates: October 7, 14, 21, 28, and November 4, 11 and 18, 2009 (together, the "Promotion Period"). Entry Periods will begin at 10:31 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on the dates listed above and end at 9:00 PM ET the following day. During the premiere showing of each South Park Season 13b episode, an alien will be visible in one shot of the episode that entrants will need to find in order to enter the Sweepstakes online. There will be a different image shown for each episode.
HOW TO ENTER: Watch South Park on Comedy Central during the Promotion Period for the alien that will be visible during each episode. An alien will appear once in each episode. . Once you found the alien for a specific Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes online for that Entry Period. To enter online, go to www.SouthParkStudios.com and complete the online registration form, including answering a question about where the alien was located. Then follow the instructions for completing and submitting an entry. Note that you must answer the question correctly to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.Entries for any given Entry Period must be must be received by 9:00 PM ET on the day following the broadcast of the South Park episode.
To enter the sweepstakes by mail, mail a postcard on which you have hand-printed your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, age and the date of the South Park Season 13b episode for which you are entering to: The Comedy Central & South Park Studios.com "Watch & Become a South Park Citizen For A Day" Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3574, Southbury, CT 06488-3574. You must mail a separate mail-in entry for each Entry Period, to be eligible for that Entry Period's drawing. Mail-in entries must be received by the Monday following the close of an Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period's drawing.
Limit one entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries for any one Entry Period from any one person/email address will void all but the initial entry for that Entry Period. No automated entries permitted. Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts or identities to gain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules shall result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges or Sponsor (as defined in Paragraph 9 below). Entries from one Entry Period will not be carried forward into subsequent Entry Period drawings, however all eligible entries will be included in the Grand Prize drawing. By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator (as defined in Paragraph 5 below).
PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: On the Tuesday following the close of each Entry Period, the Promotion Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the specified Entry Period to award the following prizes:
One (1) First Prize: a South Park Prize Pack consisting of one (1) South Park, The Totally Sweet DVD Game, one (1) South Park Episode Guide, Volume 1, one (1) South Park T-shirt, and one(1) free download of South Park, Let's Go Tower Defense Play Xbox Live Arcade Game. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV") of each First Prize is $70. A total of seven (7) First Prizes will be awarded.
Ten thousand (10,000) Second Prizes, each consisting of one (1) unlock codes for the Professor Chaos playable character in South Park, Let's Go Tower Defense Play! Xbox Live Arcade game. There is no approximate retail value ascribed to the Second Prize. Second Prize awards will be fulfilled via the Internet and will be sent to the winner's email address provided at time of entry. Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected prize awards.
After the random drawing on November 24, 2009, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period to award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Winners will be notified by email, phone, postal mail and/or express mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. Inability to contact a winner or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from among remaining eligible entries. All taxes and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from among remaining eligible entries. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, with jurisdiction and venue in New York, New York, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of New York, New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity and unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
