Shelly Marsh
Shelly is Stan's older sister. She's got huge headgear braces on her teeth, enjoys using the word "turds", and loves beating the crap out of Stan. Although she doesn't like her little brother, she sticks up for him when he gets into trouble.
She briefly had a musician boyfriend named Skylar and an online boyfriend named Amir. Neither relationship panned out.

Starvin' Marvin
Starvin' Marvin is a little Ethiopian kid that was accidentally delivered to South Park instead of a Taiko sports watch. But the boys quickly made friends with their little "Ethernopian" pal.
Marvin makes another appearance in "Starvin' Marvin in Space" and helps bring his starving people to the far-off oasis that is Marklar.

Tammy Warner
Tammy is Kenny's 5th-grade girlfriend. She is apparently very poor, a huge Jonas Brothers fan, and quite the slut.

Thad Jarvis
Thad can play Guitar Hero acoustically and partners with Stan to get a million points in the game.

Thomas
Thomas has tourettes. He teams up with Kyle to stop Cartman in "Le Petit Tourette".

Timmy
Timmy is one of the boys' 4th grade classmates. He's handicapped and has a very limited vocabulary ("Timmy", "Jimmy", "Gobbles", and "Livin a lie").
However, that doesn't stop him from being an active member of the group...or from traveling through time on his Star Trek-esque modified wheelchair. He is also the lead singer of the breakout band "Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld."
When he's not rocking out, however, he's joining forces with Coon and Friends as the deadly superhero "Iron Maiden."

Token Black
Token is a member of the boy's 4th grade class. He is the richest kid in South park and also the only black kid. In one instance, Cartman got arrested and sent to juvie hall after throwing a rock at Token's head.
Token is also a very gifted singer and can play a mean bass guitar. When he's not slapping the bass, however, he's teaming up with the infamous superhero squad Coon and Friends. His secret identity: "Tupperware!"

Trent Boyett
This is a former classmate of Cartman, Kenny, Stan and Kyle. The boys blamed him for a horrible fire that disfigured their pre-school teacher. Trent was sent to juvie for five years... and when he was released, he swore vengeance.

Tweek Tweak
Tweek is an over-caffeinated, ADD-crazed 4th grader. His parents own the local coffee shop, which is especially helpful since he drinks coffee to calm down.
He was briefly selected as the boys 4th friend to replace Kenny, but the role was short lived. Tweek has a big problem handling "pressure" and also has to deal with little gnomes stealing his underwear.

Vampire Kids
This clique of Vamp kids loves fangs, drinking clamato juice and shopping at Hot Topic. Just don't confuse them with the Goth kids, or you're in for a one-way trip to Scottsdale.

Wendy Testaburger
Wendy is Stan's main squeeze, and is also the most outspoken of the 4th grade girls. She's not afraid to go against the grain of what's popular or trendy...unless it has to do with winning the attention of Stan.
She's best friends with Bebe and until very recently, was the Class President of South Park Elementary. Also worth noting: she arranged for her substitute teacher (Ms. Ellen) to be shot into the sun and has beat the crap out of Cartman. So yeah, don't f*ck with her...
