She is the mayor of South Park. She gets by with the help of her goon assistants, although all of them together still do an awful job running the town. She has been shown many times to be egotistical and a publicity whore.After a particularly bad decision to permit the Hippie Jam Fest to take place in South Park, she shot herself in the head. But she survived, and lives on to make many more bad decisions.
