Principal Victoria
This is the Principal of South Park Elementary. She is largely responsible for reprimanding the boys for the stupid trouble they've caused, often with the help of Mr. Mackey. However, she does occasionally side with kids on certain issues, like indirectly encouraging Wendy to kick Cartman's ass ("Breast Cancer Show Ever").
She also may or may not have murdered some people (for more on that, see "Sexual Harassment Panda").
