Trey mentions the CBS holiday specials from his childhood, while Matt talks about how rad the O.J. Bronco chase was... at the time.
You can check out the rest of their quotes in this week's issue (April 6-12). It has a TV on the cover and the feature is called, "TV We'll Always Remember."
But wait, there's more...TV Guide will have yet another short interview with Matt in the April 20th, Ultimate Cable edition. So check it!

Four years ago, Terrance and Phillip graced our screens with Not Without My Anus. 30 minutes later, everyone was pissed off... seriously.
Tune in this Wednesday to see our four boys stop at nothing to catch the never-before-seen trailer for Asses of Fire 2. Even if it means watching Russell Crowe sing.
Thank God Kenny's dead, 'cause that would've killed him.
In other news: As far as I know, there were no major April Fool's jokes played on or by the crew. Happy?

A clip of Russell Crowe from tonights episode of South Park will be aring tonight on the following stations, make sure to check your local listings to find out what time it's going to play in your area. Access Hollywood Inside Edition E! Matt Stone is interviewed in THIS WEEKS issue of TV Guide, I've been told that there is also a picture along with the interview. A lot of you have been asking about some of the people (besides Trey and Matt) who've contributed their vocal talents to South Park.
Eliza Schneider has been voicing several female characters on our show for over two years now - AND she has her own site. Check it right here. You may even remember her from her "Beakman's World" days...
Mona Marshall also voices numerous female characters, AND gives me all kinds of cool toys from some of her other gigs (me like toys). I don't think she has her own site yet, but I'll post a link if she ever gets around to it.

Episode 606 "Professor Chaos"
For the first time in this season an episode has actually played in order! On wednesday April 10th at 10:00 PM the sixth episode of the new season will be airing in order.
Stan, Kyle and Cartman are not pleased with the job Butters is doing as the their replacement friend. Since Kenny died, Butters has taken his place in the group and the boys think he really sucks at it and decide to fire him. Cartman, Stan and Kyle end up having to hold auditions for a new kid to take dear sweet Kenny's place. Butters of course, is devastated over the loss of his new found best buddies and the trauma of it all unleashes his alter ego "Professor Chaos"
This will be the last of the new episodes until premiere of the second half of the sixth season which is July 3rd 2002. Keep in mind, this date might get pushed back and moved around it IS subject to change.

Was watching E! News Daily this morn, and caught coverage of the New York Premiere for ex-South Park scribe Nancy Pimental's debut flick, The Sweetest Thing. (Note the Variety speak - I've been reading the trades.)
It's kind of strange seeing Cameron Diaz's face plastered on bus stop posters all over town and shaking her ass on TV commercials 'cause I remember talking to Nancy almost two years ago about which actress she thought should play the leading role.
Yeah, I know this sounds like a load of Hollywood B.S., but she always had Cameron Diaz in mind while she was writing the script, especially after seeing Cameron pull off There's Something About Mary, but she didn't think there was a chance in hell they'd get her - she was too huge. Of course, a few months later Cameron Diaz was signed to the role for some major billies.
Anyways, congrats to Nancy on the movie. You can catch a glimpse of her at the end of the E! segment (she's the brunette with the bangs), and I believe she has a small role in the film as well. The Sweetest Thing opens this Friday - April 12, 2002 - at theaters nationwide, so check it!

He.Just.Won't.Go.Away! It looks like Kenny is hot topic #4 on Entertainment Weekly's "Hot Sheet" by Jim Mullen in this week's issue (the Osbournes are on the cover).
Speaking of The Osbournes... While this run of South Park episodes has come to an end, don't fret. The new season of Insomniac has just begun and there's always The Osbournes. I wasn't too wowed when I first caught Dave Atell's show, but a friend told me to give it another try - and now I'm hooked.
So there you go. At least there's something (besides SP reruns and The Bachelor) to watch on your tv while we're gone.

Well, that's no moon... I mean, that wasn't a mere stock character from the South Park Universe. That was one of our real life editors, Tom Vogt. Matt did an awesome job impersonating his voice, and he really has a pair of orange Abercrombie & Fitch shorts (that convert into pants, I believe).
One of the best gags we ever pulled at South Park, was convincing Tom that he was fired a few years back. They got a cake (that said "Good Luck Tom") and everything. We even had a card that everyone signed. Greg Postma (Story Board) wrote: "Hey Tom, do those shorts convert into a new job?").
Ah, good times.

While the cats are away... the mice shall play!
It's super quiet today at the studios as the first part of the Sixth Season here at South Park comes slowly to an end. Only a few random staffers are left and are either catching up on old projects or playing video games!
